Escher traveled to Corsica, where he encountered the dramatic granite spires of Calanche de Piana. This piece, created in February of that year, showcases Escher’s meticulous attention to detail and his ability to render the natural world with a dreamlike quality. It stands as a testament to his evolving style and his relentless pursuit of capturing the essence of a place.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eAbout the Canvas Print\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eOur archival-grade canvas print brings Escher’s vision to life with stunning clarity and texture.
